Attorney Lauren Beversluis is dedicated to helping clients effectively and efficiently achieve their legal goals, whether planning an estate, establishing a special needs trust, considering means-tested benefits, protecting assets, administering a probate estate or a trust, or resolving complex issues in probate and trust litigation. She provides practical guidance grounded in sound legal strategy and proven techniques.
After graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1998, Lauren clerked for the Honorable James Casebolt at the Colorado Court of Appeals. She then practiced with Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in the mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions department, where she developed a strong foundation in complex legal matters.
Lauren later co-founded and led an eDiscovery company for a decade, gaining valuable experience as both an attorney and business owner before founding her own firm. She worked for Bradley J. Frigon for five years prior to his retirement, where she gained extensive experience in special needs and benefits planning, estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship matters, probate administration, and trust and estate litigation.
