National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys

Bradley J Frigon is the current President Elect of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. In May of 2014 he will assume the position of President and serve in that capacity for one year.

The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys is the premier professional organization for attorneys who specialize in Elder Law and Special Needs Law.  NAELA is comprised of attorneys who assist with probate, estate planning, long-term care planning, guardian/conservatorship and public benefits.  NAELA has 26 state chapters that focus on developments in Elder Law at the grassroots level.  The academy advocates on public policy issues facing seniors and people with special needs in addition to providing continuing legal education to its member attorneys.
